Regarding it not crashing with higher core and memory clocks, I could only get in the game when putting some load on GPU so clocks stay the same.
I tested multiple things to see if I can fix it. I noticed Insurgency Sandstorm would crash my PC when I start solo match ( UE4 game ). But it seems that it can also occur when using old video bios. I am sure many of you are familiar with Vega black screen, it usually occurs when HBM clock is too high or when HBM gets too hot. I gonna edit this post when I have time and when new information is available. In this thread I gonna document bugs and fixes for people who still use Vega graphics cards.
I don't know how many people still run Vega based GPUs, however I am finding solutions to some of the most annoying problems with Vega. Hello, I have two Vega 64 LC graphics cards and I am finding tons of bugs with them.
